Shipping and Return/Exchange Policy
At PCWINGS, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and safe manner is crucial, which is why we partner with reliable shipping logistics companies. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs:
We offer multiple shipping options for our customers, and you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. We provide free delivery within Dubai and for other emirates in the UAE, shipping is free on orders over AED 200/-, and for orders below AED 200 (applicable to non-discounted items only), we charge AED 16/- per order. Please note that COD is not refundable in case of return or exchange.
Order Processing Time:
Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days and delivered within 2-3 days after dispatch. Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or the next business day. However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes:
To cancel or edit your order after making the payment on the website, email us at wecare@pcwings.co within 5 hours of placing your order. If the order hasn’t been dispatched by us, we will be happy to help you out, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders:
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website, as these fees can sometimes be significant, and we are unable to calculate them for you.
Tracking Your Order:
Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days and delivered within 2-3 days. We request that you wait until your parcel is dispatched, and you receive an email from us within the above-mentioned time frame. If your inquiry is urgent, please email us at wecare@pcwings.co, and one of our team members will be in touch with you at the earliest.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we would love to exchange it or offer shop credit. You can return your purchase for up to 5 calendar days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original clear packaging with all tags attached (if any).
- Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 2 business days to hand over the item/order. Shipping fees/cash on delivery fees are nonrefundable. Please note that return shipping is not free and will be charged at AED 16/- .
- The garment is eligible for a one time size exchange only or a refund if the product is not available.
Please Note:
- SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
- ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.
- There could be a difference in color due to lighting effects or due to screen resolution and color balance. (EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES) Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.
Your return/exchange request may be rejected if the above conditions are not met.
In case of a Defect in the Product:
Thank you for understanding that this product is hand-embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities, even if it’s one of a series, each one will be slightly different from the next. If there is something apart from this, please follow the below instructions.
- An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
- If you have received a faulty or incorrect item and decide to return it, we will refund you the price of the returned items and the corresponding shipping costs. Please note that the shipping costs will be refunded after processing the refund of the returned items. In this process, we would need clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team reviews and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address, and we will process your request once we receive it.
Refund:
As soon as we verify the condition of the returned items, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of the refund of your order.
Credit Card Refund:
For credit card refunds, the original purchase amount will be refunded back to the same bank account that was used for the order. The refund may take a few days to appear in your account. It’s important to note that the refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take between 12-15 working days from the time we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse.
COD Refund
If you paid using cash on delivery, the purchase amount will be refunded as a credit to your PCWINGS account, which can only be used for future purchases on pcwings.co. The amount of online credit available will be displayed during the checkout process, and for in-store payments, you will also be informed of the credit amount that you have. This credit can be accumulated or deducted from your future purchases.
Please note that sale products and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned, and for bottoms such as pants, palazzo, and gharara, the tags and packaging should be intact, and the product(s) must be unused. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please send an email to wecare@pcwings.co with the subject line “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 5 days of receiving the products.
We offer two options for returning products: Either we arrange for a reverse pickup, or the customer can ship the parcel to us at the following address:
