All our designs are handmade with passion and trained artisan’s , handpicked everything and make sure we deliver product which is value of money, our brand value is quality over quantity. We belive that each customer is key to make brand so we make sure we offer atmost quality, so we have assigned team who inspect each throuly.
Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your Chikankari outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.

Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 day & delivered in 2-3 days, we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email from us, within the above mentioned time frame. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us at wecare@pcwings.co  and one of our team members will be in touch with you at the earliest.

I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Who should I contact? You can email us on wecare@pcwings.co with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 5 days of receiving the products. Regular return please go to your order and place request for return Shipping on the exchanged product/s will be charged separately. Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Usually, orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at wecare@pcwings.co with the subject “Order Number +Revised information”. We will facilities the same if it hasn’t been shipped.
